ADMISSION*

£7.50 for adults on peak days - includes funfair token worth £3, day time family entertainment and live band + support act on evenings from 4pm:

£5 for adults on off-peak days - includes funfair token worth £3, day time family entertainment and DJ on afternoons from 3.30pm:

Children aged 12 and under FREE.

Disabled visitors should purchase a full price ticket for themselves and can bring a carer for free which can be sorted on site at our ticket office – please bring proof of Disability Living Allowance (DLA) or Personal Independence Payment (PIP) to the Box Office. Blue Badges are not accepted as proof. Carers can also go free on rides.

VINTAGE FUNFAIR

The funfair operates on a ‘tokens’ basis. Tokens can be purchased from the funfair ticket booth and are then handed to each ride operator. The ride operators do not take cash.

Height restrictions

For safety reasons, height restrictions apply to some rides:

Speedway – 1m height requirement to ride alone, under 1m need to be accompanied by an adult.

Dodgems – 1.2m height requirement to ride alone, under 1.2m need to be accompanied by an adult.

Chair-o-Plane – 1.2m height requirement to ride alone. Under 1.2m not permitted on ride.

Twister – 1.3m height requirement to ride alone, 1.1m-1.3m need to be accompanied by an adult. Under 1.1m not permitted on ride.

Waltzer - 1.3m height requirement to ride alone, 1.1m-1.3m need to be accompanied by an adult. Under 1.1m not permitted on ride.

Octopus - 1.3m height requirement to ride alone, 1.1m-1.3m need to be accompanied by an adult. Under 1.1m not permitted on ride.

York Spring Fair & Food Festival will take place in the Clocktower Enclosure of York Racecourse, Knavesmire Road, York, YO23 1EX. Follow the AA road signs!

There will be plenty of free parking adjacent to the event, on the Knavesmire.

Dogs welcome!

Dogs are allowed but must be properly controlled and kept on a lead at all times. We will have water bowls available. Please clean up after your dog with your own rubbish bag, and place in a bin.
