York Spring Fair & Food Festival aims to showcase a range of artisan products from Yorkshire and beyond – award-winning gins and preserves, delicious cakes and chocolates, and some truly yummy honey! You can also enjoy a range of other stalls from stationery to gifts, books to candles, garden furniture and even gourmet dog-food! Why not treat yourself to a facial with Tropic Skincare?

Street food will be available from a number of stalls – try delicious pizzas, prime Yorkshire burgers or Greek street food, and then finish off with churros, crepes or ice cream! !
An extensive area of picnic tables - outdoors and undercover - will be available for you to sit and soak up the atmosphere.
A restored double decker bus – the Yorkshire Bus Bar – will add more than a touch of colour and novelty, serving primarily Yorkshire beverages including fabulous local gins and Yorkshire’s finest ales from its brand-new beer dispensing system.
Enjoy six different flavours of slushy from the Slush Bar and no funfair would be complete without candy floss or toffee apples!
To complete a fun day out treat the kids (or adults!) to face-painting at the glitter bar!

Little Yorkshire Coffee Company
Serving a range of delicious barista coffees roasted in York and artisan cakes hand-baked in Pocklington (including gluten free and vegan options) from a vintage Citroen van.
This stall has more lego figures that you could possibly imagine! Check out their range.
The Dutch Fishermen
Serving Dutch-style seafood, including prawns, squid rings, cod and fish burgers, as well as chicken, meat and veggie burgers. Look out for their black and orange van and enjoy a taste of Holland.
The Sweet Shop
A traditional funfair wouldn't be complete without the funfair favourite - candyfloss! There's also toffee apples, sweets and lots of other yummy treats!
The Baytown Coffee Company
A coffee connoisseur's delight. Four friends with a love of great coffee decided to create a brand that filled the coffee void on the Yorkshire coast – a company that would make it easy for people to enjoy really, really good coffee. Ethically sourced and outrageously delicious!
A dog-owners delight! Butternut Box put the food back into dog food. They make freshly prepared dog food. Cooked like you would at home. Delivered in perfect portions. Woof woof!
The Magpie's Cabinet
A treasure trove of cards, prints, stationery and gifts, designed in Yorkshire by Sarah Relf, and inspired by vintage homewares, antiques and the Yorkshire countryside.
Ashley McCarthy Chocolates & Fairfax Distillery
A perfect combination for a husband and wife team, him with his tasty chocolate treats, and her distilling a full range of Gin, Rum & Vodka. Both have won Taste Awards for excellence in flavours and use of local ingredients.
Based on the outskirts of York, Ashley may be better known for his chocolate sculptures and featured on the TV programmes ‘Extreme Chocolate Makers’ and ‘The Wonderful World of Chocolate’. Kelly’s range of spirits have been inspired by the history of the surrounding area combining history and modern techniques in distilling spirits with a depth of flavour and complexity of tastes.
These guys do amazing things with toasties. From The Dirty Vegan to the Buffalo Melt, come down and give them a try!
The Great British Fudge Company
Their origins began in the stunning historical market town of Doncaster, at the southern edge of Yorkshire. They first started our humble fudge business in local Christmas markets selling a variety of fudge by the gram. Since then they have grown to include a range of different set ups that are able to pop up in city centres, shopping malls, festivals, exhibitions and show grounds nationally! Their largest unit is a gorgeous red double decker bus and their smallest one is a black taxi cab. Each unit has been converted or styled by a talented team of visionaries and their business has never been sweeter.
Zzinga Honey Cider
Among the South Tyrol mountains, an idea took flight. Inspired by mead (honey wine), the oldest alcoholic drink in the world, and the natural biodiversity around them, friends Fabian and Elias set off, buzzing with a new creation.
Dreaming of reconnecting people and nature, and armed with Europe’s finest blossom honey (thanks, bees), they created a drink like no other: predictably delicious, surprisingly versatile, and with impact on the world around them.
Big Phillie’s is an American street food brand that specialises Good Mood Food. Their signature item is the Philly Cheesesteak; a classic favourite in the US state of Philadelphia.
Big Phillie's also offer a loaded range of spiced grill chicken, steak burgers and skin on fries. If you haven’t had a Big Phillies experience before, now is your chance to own it.

Headed up by Chef James Mackenzie the independent street kitchen, Jimmy Mack’s, is straight up tasty food inspired by years of travelling, exploring, and learning the different cuisines that continue to excite us across the world.
Jimmy will be serving low and slow tacos at the York Spring Fair and we cannot wait to try!

In 2020 they decided to concentrate on perfecting their own delicious take on buttermilk hot fried chicken, and boom…….Twisted Chick was born, serving from a quirky American red barn food truck.
Taking inspiration from their holiday to Nashville USA, tasting some of the best hot fried chicken ever, they created their own take on the next level crispy fried chicken, using quality fresh ingredients for a variety of burgers, loaded fries & sides.
